this guy was crazy. i remember i had a long green coat like the one hes wearing in the cover of trout mask replica. i used to wear it at my university campus and security guards will aproach me and ask if i really studied there. my mother once found it and waited for me to be away from my bedroom and dumped it in the garbage.

another lesson to be learned most stuff they play on mtv or much music in canada is bubblegum bs makes it quite hard for us genuine music enthusiasts to find the real artists with actual talent that write REAL MUSIC and have knowledge of artists before them

Yes this video makes me smile. I'm 53. We used to get baked in my basement,listen to Trout Mask Replica and fall on the floor laughing. Especially Hair Pie Bake 1 where the whole band starts playing and it sounds like a broken down high school marching band.Captain Beefheart is one of those unique artists who is unspoiled
