I love the deliberate cheesy charm of this. I don't actually think we're supposed to believe this is good dancing, or a "good" video. It's pretty obvious from other videos she's actually a very capable dancer. I feel like they're both supposed to look like they're three months into Arthur Miller dance classes in the suburbs, performing at the local talent show. It has a fun gawkiness to it.
