you've clearly missed it, yes it is tuned in D isnt it! so why does at 2:17 an E sound on the "D" string without her fretting it?

All these LI Jie clips are from an education VCD which is for demostrating to guitar students. It's originally from an education program on TV teaching guitar. So she's not even supposed to "show", because she's demostrating guitar techniques as instructed by her teacher. The audiance is supposed to be students watching and learning, not just entertaining.

Dammit i hate all these "unexpressive' comments. The music is expressive - the player doesn't need to put on a show for you.

huhupao..its not in the natural tuning for your information..that piece is tuned drop d first and last string..she uses slur to sound the notes w/o plucking the string..
