The Libertines is one of the biggest things that came out after The Clash. I love this video! Made me laugh :-) Nice...Funny, I have a 7-year-old sitting next to me and now he's singing the song :-) Next he wants to watch I'm so bored with the USA by The Clash. Catch them while they're young! :-) Can someone tell me if this is the original video by The Libertines or someone was just clever and did this thing?

British rock was influenced by American rock n' roll, and American bands have gained inspiration from British bands. It's all a cycle but it's not like either UK or US bands are completely without inspiration from music across the pond. That said, I find myself liking British rock bands a bit more at the mo because I like the music scene that's been developing there over the past few years but there are still a plethora of good American bands as well.
