el arco-puente es un movimiento arqueado de la espalda con el cual tocas el suelo con las palmas de las manos manteniendo tus pies firmes tocando suelo. Este movimiento lo practicaban las bailarinas sagradas y sacerdotisas del Antiguo Egipto hace 7 mil años.
