yes but only at first, it comes to you in a bit... not sure about xplane but its pretty easy to get used to it on vatsim and default atc in MSFS...

It's hard to say. I guess a good PC helps, with general FS effects. In Squawk Box you can set the distance in which you can view other aircraft, and I think this might help with stopping them jerk around.

The engines should be started in a different order on following days to keep both in sequence regarding wear.
