miki has grown into quite the beautiful competitor. this music makes me cringe though...i always think of mk in the 02 lp and a tear in my eye always forms.

Her back is more flexible if you watch her famous beerman spin in Russia Cup 2005 short program video. Her right shoulder had broken during the Japan Cup game in 2006. She has to avoid beerman spin and things to do with her right shoulder, otherwise her right shoulder dislocates again.She is planning to go for surgery after the 2008 world skating game, and it takes at least 3 months to get back to skate after the surgery.

she is really great but it would be nice if her back was more flexible and if she would sit down more on the sit spin.

Her jumps were great! Her spins good (but she has to get lower on the sit spins) but other wise good, spiral was ok as well. Miki though has improved tremendoly in the past 2 years. I love her SP this year to Sampson & Deliah. Gooo MIKI!!!!!! ~KJ

as happy as i am about miki coming back to win worlds after the horrible training in cleveland, she should NOT have received credit for those back sit positions. her butt needs to be level with or below her supposting knee.
