I went camping last week and I couldnt bring my horse,so I rode one of our friends horses, and I was stupid so I choose Owen(A Huge Belgin Draft)who I had never ridden, infact I havent even riden a draft until then.Well,he felt like gallopin, but I had other plans. I wanted him to stay trottin,So I 'whoah' him and pull back on the reigns slightly.Well, all the sudden I am like what seemed like 100ft. in the air! He was rearing! That was the first time of myself on a rearing horse, and I didnt fall.

I do jumping on felix, who is 15.2hh and even though he's still learning, and i have been offered to jump one's which already are completly trained i choose not too, because I know he doesnt DELIBERATLY try to hit the poles, or stumble now and again, and se far i havent came off. so maybe if you've had a bad fall, but miss riding, you should maybe go to your stables, and ask which one's ou can ride, but first get to know them a bit, like strocking them, and i know it sounds stupid but just talk.

Yah I was going to do jumping but I decided not to becuase of this, lol. I just had my first bad fall a few months ago- my horse bolted and I lost control. He was headed straight for a metal fence, but turned last minute, and I went straight-into the metal rail. I got knocked out, I broke my arm, and I had a bad abrasion on my chin. I was even wearing a helmet, and I still got knocked out!
