We know it is possible for very good musicians to play crummy music. We also know that bad musicians can actually put out good music (on the odd occasion). This sounds like good musicians warming up, before playing anything.

this music is not always about how nice it sounds. i doubt that if you can't be appreciative enough to respect that these men are offering their souls to the listener and the other musicians, then you haven't yet reached the point in your own musical endeavor where you can touch someone as greatly as any of these people.

i dont think that you are talking "shit" or so as "SAXJAZZ19" says. they are one of the best musicians to exist, but i think EVERYONE has the right to say what he likes and doesnt like.and i think its RIDICULOUS and childish to anonymously rate this comment negative- i had the fortune to hang out with Dave Liebman here for some days at the local "Jazz Summer" and hes a VERY nice guy and a great personality but i also have to say that i also dont really like THIS video.
