please no one take this the wrong way. i believe that ian paice and john bonham are both brilliant drummers. im just saying that bonzo has better foot control. please no one take it the wrong way. i idolize both of them.

jgeorgel are you making stupid remarks on purpose, is it a joke? A solo is not the best way to appreciate a drummer, in my opinion, and it is often too long. Ian is a very versatile musicien, who can play "speed" rock (ted the mechanic) or jazzy, but he must not be compared, he is good and the best in His style. Like Bonzo, all these guysmade music history. Now new drummers tend to play the same way, having learned from the same basics.

I have met Paicey, and have seen Cozy Powell, Neill Pert, and many many other drummers, they would all laugh if they thought we were trying to decide who the best is. I think the truth is, that they are all great, for the music, and style they play. It seems to me that all the bad comments come from small minded little kid's who don't know 1 end of a drumstick from the other. Kevin best drummer in my basement
