Interesting. I was hoping for something better. That's the problem that people like Ralph Nader and Naomi Klein seem not to appreciate; they treat people as if they're better than they are, as if they're just as clear minded, if not as educated, as Naomi and Ralph - but their followers are just regular dumb folks with a bee in their bonnet over "the other side". Well, from now on I'm taking up a pro-"The Corporation" stance to see what the reaction is...

Well as I'm guessing you weren't aware of, the first corporations had a legal agreement with the U.S. government stating that the corporation would legally be treated AS A PERSON. Look it up in the other parts of this documentary.

It's simple: if a corporation wants to be considered a legal person, then they should be forced to receive the whole gambit, not the just pick and choose what that applies to. If a person commits murder with his hands, we don't cut them off and send the criminal on his way; we persecute the whole being. Each of the leadership involved in a rogue business should too be treated in the same way as the rest of the self; if they commit murder, they should all suffer an exacting punishment.

It's a false analogy. A sociopath is being compared with a building; with an abstract concept, a business plan. Hmm, a business plan, ink on paper, has no feelings. That's clever. It's not that these people are dumb or wrong, they're just misleading and majoring in the minors. As Marilyn Vos Savant once observed, the most harm in this world is done by well meaning ppl. who don't know what they're talking about.
