I disagree, this song is definately about how the type of life that is imprinted on people by american society conflicts with basic reason and the human mind. Examples being the flashing screen programming him, "faith and peter pan advice", "all you life is ch.13:sesame street. What does it mean?", "I'm sure you have some cosmic rationale"... I think it's pretty clear.
