I haven't seen this anime before, but why do the thingies speak English and they understand them, when they're Japanese?

It's not like there's any nipples showing or anything... I admit it is quite pervy the way they show jiggles and how they actually show the undergarments and then zooming in while they take it off, but it's really just fanservice you can easily ignore. Besides, other anime besides this one have guys that have their shirt ripped off like every episode, so it's not that sick if its equal opportunity.

I think he/she did that because the person wanted to include all of the StrikerS transformations.I agree with you, Reinforce's transformation isn't all that cool
