One of the few bands who can write/sing/perform great songs with such contrast as Man in the Box, i.e. and this. Even the same songs that can sound so good acoustic or heavy. IMO this is the best unplugged album produced.

I could not agree more. Seen them live when Layne and Jerry Cantrell were rockin. Best concert I have ever been too. RIP Layne! You'r my idol!!!

yeah he said that he knows that he will gonna die because drug addiction. many songs he sings are based in this situation if you listen the song junkhead you´ll see that.

Yea there were plenty of warning signs. just look at him in the unplugged vids. you could tell he just seemed drained. The problem was he was so addicted to the drugs he couldn't stop. i read an interview somewhere that he had said he knew he was gona die from his addiction. its just sad to think that such talent is gone. |
