Not when they rerecord it. Sampling entails use of the original audio.I suppose you could call Cupids Chokehold a remix of this song, which would be a very fitting term.

Hi jonez, Actually, you are right! Not only were GCH honouring Supertramp but they had permission from S-T for using the song and S-T received much money for the use of it. It amazes me how few ppl understand that!
