Okay, if she would have demurely said "noooo" and then would have kissed him and participated, you might have had a point. But someone who says "no" and then freezes - I think it's safe to say she's scared out of her mind.

Rape is not always "violent" in that people do not always fight back because they're afraid that will only make their situation worse... In fact many rapists get enjoy it when their victim fights back because the violence is what gets them off..
