that is an absurd statement. why not to push their ideas and life onto others? would you rather have everybody happily sitting in cubicles? I understand what you're saying, and that is an admirable way to live life, quietly, but you can't be rich without being famous, hamilton just found the ideal life because he gets payed to do what he loves and theres nothing wrong with that.

Lairds's problem is that he is stupid. Fame is overated. Who cares what he has to say. If you rip, you rip. It is better to be rich, and just surf whenever, and wherever you want. There are so many surfers that go bigger, and have gone bigger, and they don't talk. They don't push their ideas, and their live onto others. Like Bo Jackson would say, "Just Do It!"
