Johnny Maestro & The Crests recorded this song in 1957, Johnny Maestro later on in 1968 joined Brooklyn Bridge and sang lead on all of their hits such as Blessed Is The Rain, The Worst That Could Happen & Welcome Me Love..

The concert is from 1979, the original was released in sometimes in the 50's, I think it was the Crests

yeah it's nice, but they are a bit out of tune on the backing vocals here :)their album version is spot on though, one of the most beautiful songs I have. :)
