You have to be chosen to play it...You can't just register, and download the Tespia (Test Server).Play private servers, you don't have to be chosen to them, and also, the most of private servers are ~highrates~ so you can enjoy it (It's 1/2 like Tespia).Play LethalMS, I have level 167 I/L ARCH MAGE and I started to play yesterday.

It's TESPIA. Not a private server. To prove it, most private servers would over level. So if you got 1k exp, you would go to like level 5. But in this case, only one level would apply, for all EXP.
