To expand on my previous comment, the druid actually has feral charge so it's entirely possible she's feral spec, which would explain why Swiftmend is not on any bars. In this case it's probable that this video was filmed after the Druid talent revision, but before proper 'off-spec' itemization was added to the game, hence a feral druid wearing what is considered to be a healer gear set.

This video was filmed pre-TBC and what looks like pre-Talent Revision. The druid featured is wearing what seems to be full Cenarion Raiment (Tier 2 gear), and is most probably full Restoration as she has Innervate, which was - years ago - the 31pt Restoration talent before it was added as a base skill for all druids and replaced with Swiftmend.
