A feel good slap stick kind of comedy not meant like other comedies at the time that were getting to preachy and trying to teach life leassons like Full House or Cosby Show to some extent.

What was the name of the show where a girl would point her fingers together and freeze time, and whoever she touched wasn't frozen. It's driving me crazy trying to figure this out! A 90's show.
