This one is bad, the one that he won't invest in unproven missile defenses. And this one in a way it's not that bad, about the nukes he will stop making them and make deep cuts of the already existing nuclear arsenal. So he's cutting down some of our weapons and future weapons. so yeah disarming will be a exaggeration of the truth, I apologize about that, but it's still partially true *shrug* lol
