You were probably listening to the "Rock Edit" version of this song. It's the faster version off her single. Though I personally prefer this version better.

Riyu is such a brilliant singer. This song is my favourite by her and even live, she performs it beautifully. I always have to remind myself that this isn't fake because it's just so amazing. And I'm saying this as a GOOD thing.

My God, even before I knew what the lyrics meant, I loved this song the moment I heard it. What a sad, beautiful song! It's a fitting epitaph for Chiharu in the movie, and I love Kosaka-san's vocal style, so plaintive and emotional. She's beautiful, too...anyway, thank you for sharing this!
