You only proved yourself how stupid you are dumbass. 1st of all, Chad has a powerful rocker voice so he's not a bad singer. He can reach any notes with tremendous power. Not like that gay frontman from SUM 41 mimicking GreenDay. Now if u can sing better than Chad then u can say he sucks. Generic lyrics? Why? Have u composed any songs urself that makes you a better song writer than these guys? Most of their songs are great so stop the criticism. I dont like rockstar though, sounds country to me.

ok fine.. you guys try and come up with every way to argue why yu love nickleback so much. well let me point some things out. bad singer. mediocre drummer. almost nonexistent bass. crappy guitar. generic lyrics.. they are so inconsistent. it ok with me if they sing about world peace and shit but then they turn around and VERY BLUNTLY talk about sex and drugs. horrible style. anyone can pull their sound off with their 100,000 dollar equipment. overrated band. do i prove any points here?

@Laindre, yeah, it's a song of nostalgia and saying goodbye to your past all at the same time. Makes for an interesting conflict in the song and just draws you in. Say what you want about Nickelback, but this is genuinely a good song.
