It is just a demonstration of some of the aesthetic effects that may be performed. In actuality there is logical usefulness for most of the effects.

Ok, I guess I am impressed (somewhat) that Linux can do all those fancy pancy desktop tricks. But, who the hell is going to waste their time playing with there quick link balls? I don't think I could be that bored as to want to waste system resources on having my balls fly around the screen, wiggle my windows and watch my menus disappear in stars. If I was back in the 70's I would probably do that but um not now. Besides that all the software and games I play is mostly windows compatible anyhow.

I say when it comes to compatibility, me living in Florida, Windows Vista or XP is like speaking English and Linux is like speaking Spanish. Guess some software don't understand spanish (Algunos los programmas no entenden el sistema operativo de Linux). But if you download Wine, it will teach it some english lol
