Yeah, I'll most likely vote for the 3rd option on the ballot if the Libertarian Party gets on there this time. Every vote(that is counted) for a 3rd party is a way of saying, "I'm not going to support this corrupt system."

I empathize fully. This dueling political party disease has infested our Constitutional system and mutated it into the elite's puppet political selection process for far too long now. If you can write-in Ron Paul, do so; if not, do what you feel good about.I have joined the Campaign for Liberty. My entire immediate family has. And all of us who can write-in Ron Paul, will do so.No votes from me for candidates who violate the Constitution and will not help rid us of the Federal Reserve.

You do not know what Ron Paul will be doing or who he will be voting for unless he himself announces it.You go ahead and vote for Chuck Baldwin. He is a good man; but he is not Ron Paul.Since I can write-in Ron Paul, I fully intend to; as will those in my family eligible to vote. We secured absentee ballots for this very purpose.I would rather not vote at all than vote for Obama, McCain or even Barr. Chuck is okay; but Ron is ideal.Regardless who Ron votes for, I will vote for him.

My write-in vote will count in my state. I vote absentee and will be writing in Ron Paul. The tyrannical practice of disallowing write-in votes is unConstitutional and unAmerican. It is horrifying to see how far we have fallen.People should do what they consider is right for them.

In Illinois a candidate has to fill in an Intent to be a Write-in Candidate for a write in for them to be counted. Since Ron Paul was a partisan candidate and lost in my state, he is not allowed to fill out that form and thus I can't vote for him. I'm only allowed to vote for who they tell me to vote for. What is this? Communist Russia? Nazi Germany?

I will vote for a legitimate candidate, just as Ron Paul will be doing this November. He'll be voting for one of his two friends that he supports... Chuck Baldwin or Bob Barr.If Ron Paul wanted you to write in his name, he would file as a write-in candidate so your vote would at least count! But, he's not doing so!Ron Paul's own grandson emailed me recently to confirmed what I've been saying.. It's not about Ron Paul, it's about his message. And we need to choose the best candidate running

WRITE-IN: RON PAUL.

Also, you do realize that you do not have to win all the states to get elected; and if Ron Paul won just the states listed, he would most likely defeat both McCain and Obama.
christopherquinn (June 30, 2008 at 9:33 pm)
I am pleased that you will WRITE-IN: RON PAUL. All those who can write-in vote should, and all those who are being denied should research and petition this. As to discarded votes, if the only votes counted were for the two major parties, why vote at all? Because they both will only make things even worse than they now. Both candidates are owned by the central bank cartel. |
