The player with the first bet is the first player on after the big blind...NOT the one after the dealer.

There are two blinds (big and small). These blinds move around the table like the dealer chip. This way everyone has equal and fair chance of having to post the blinds. The blinds are posted so that if nobody bets anything and everyone folds, prevents the pot being ZERO. In essence, somone will win something on every hand. Blinds are put down and can vary in ammounts. A big blind may be 10 a small 5. The people who's turn it is to post the blinds must place their blinds before they get cards.

Dealer chip basically decides who gets dealt what cards first. The dealer button (chip) travels around the table and that person is the theoretical dealer.. the person to the left of that person with the button gets the first 2 cards dealt to them. The blinds are exactly what they are blind bets.

No offense but the music IS SO FUKIN ANNOYING!! I'm a skilled Poker player and wanted 2 c how some1 would make a tutorial 4 some "pupils" of mine so I could better teach them but the music is horrible, plain horrible.
