Debunked in this document,AIAA-2006-4909-871.pdf you can find this part.

/ We were fortunate to have significantcooperation from the developer of this device and, during a visit to our facility, we accidentally discovered thesource of most of his anomalous readings: improper usage of his electrical power analyzer.

Another device (which must remain nameless due to a non-disclosure agreement with the developer) involved amotor-driven rotor in a close-fitting housing

Water was forced through the gaps around the rotor where intensecavitation was supposed to occur. This device was claimed to impart up to 50% more heat energy to the waterflowing through it than the mechanical energy required to drive it. We tested this device using a larger version of thesame batch calorimeter described above.

In this case we constructed a cradle dynamometer to directly measure themechanical input energy. With a 30 hp electric motor and copious generation of steam by the device, this was a veryexciting and sometimes dangerous experiment. However, our measurements never showed any sign of excessenergy. Furthermore, by comparing mechanical input energy to heat output energy we were able to obtain a nearperfectenergy balance in our measurements, typically 99% +/- 1%.

Don't forget that friction between the water and the steel is actually eroding the steel, that is releasing steel molecules and hence the reason more power can be released then required to turn the steel. The steel represents stored energy. Have you ever seen how smooth river rocks are. So yes, Virginia the Law of Conservation of Energy is not violated.

im gonna build me one and use the steam to power a steam engine

You welcome.I just hope this is affordable. I would like to get one and put in a COB home someday soon with all other alternative energies so I can be as free as possible from the fuel companies.

Thanks for sharing K9,I never even see all the vids people send now,saw this one though-great stuff on alt energy.
