Wrong. They are illegal in Washington State. Period. The only exceptions are for Military, Law Enforcement, and people involved in the manufacture of automatic weapons, for repair or sale to in-state Law Enforcement, or out of state export.I can buy the tax stamp from the BATFE, but I still cannot possess on in WA. I can buy one, leave it in Idaho and go shoot it there (at boomershoot for example) but I cannot bring it home.

not hard depending on the state. go through the paper work, pay the tax, and pay the expensive cost of a legally transferable fully automatic firearm. it can happen but takes time and money

well yeah but like you said its hard to get if you really want one its tempting to talk to those mexicans downtown and get an illegal one for $350, those guys dont have a problem but its dangerous

Untrue, there is something like a Class 3, or something that's unimaginably hard to get, but if you have it, you're allowed fully automtic guns.

I seem to recall it was a CC owner who ended a shooting at a church... It will always be a right to lawfully defend ourselves with force - either with or without weapons. Governments who think differently are in and of themselves a just reason to bear arms.
